On its territory there are Nikolayev baths, buildings of a luxurious drinking gallery, an old shopping gallery and mud baths, the construction of which took place in 1912 - 1915. The mud house was built in the likeness of the ancient Roman baths. The magnificent building with columns is decorated with interesting sculptural compositions, and in front of the building there is a huge fountain. One of the oldest buildings in the resort town is the drinking gallery of the source number 17 which was laid back in 1848. Most recently, the gallery was repaired and faced with marble.
