1. Those who are fond of natural attractions and hiking are recommended to go for a trip in June. At that time the island is particularly compelling because of blooming fields of lavender and oleander.
2. Public transport on the island is virtually absent, so it’s better to rent a car to travel through its territory. This will require an international driving license, a passport and a credit card with the desired amount for deposit. Motobike is another common mode of transport on the island.

This building is a true landmark of Frogner, a historic neighborhood of the Norwegian capital.
