An awesome Aker Brygge Waterfront has placed in Oslo. All fans of walks have to visit it. Earlier there was a large busy seaport where locals didn't have an access. The embankment was built at the end of the 20th century. Nowadays it is a chain of the wonderful squares and promenades. A lot of shops and cafes, the marvelous city beach and popular museum of modern art have also placed there.

Aker Brygge Waterfront, Norway In 2014 the embankment was opened officially. The promenade has spread for 12 meters forward. The best designers’ offices worked up the plan of this place. The main peculiarity of this embankment is the usage of wonderful street furniture. Also, the Aker Brygge Waterfront has a lot of marvelous wooden constructions. There you will see spacious wooden grounds with comfortable stairs where you can relax.

The embankment is especially beautiful in the evening. At night the buildings and streets, located along the promenade, are decorated with illumination. Not far from the embankment there have placed several cities sightseeing places – the old city hall and the Nobels Fredssenter. There is presented a great number of gastronomical venues. Along the embankment you can find about forty restaurants and cafes with various cuisines. Fans of shopping won’t get bored there. Near the embankment there are more than seventy shops.
