In Moscow, in House № 10 on Bolshaya Sadovaya street, there is a 'monstrous apartment' - the apartment, where the well-known writer MABulgakov lived since 1921. Apartment № 50 is considered a 'monstrous', because it served as a prototype of the apartment mentioned in the 'Master and Margarita' novel. The apartment was also mentioned in the 'Hausbranntweinsee'. For his contemporaries, this apartment is known as the 'Bulgakov House' museum, where theatrical performances, literary and cultural events are regularly held.

At the disposal of the visitors of the original museum are eight rooms, in four of which the personal belongings of the writer are presented. The old furniture, the preserved manuscripts and photographs, the furnishings from the first half of the 20th century and the workplace of the writer - the museum staff strive to preserve the original design in the rooms. Four other rooms of the former communal apartment are used for temporary exhibitions.

'The Bulgakov House' is also remarkable in that it is the only museum of Russia dedicated to the work of this outstanding writer. Entrance to the museum is free. All interested parties can view their main position free of charge. In one of the rooms is the bronze decoration, which has a secret. The attentive visitors notice that the pointing finger on the right hand of the monument is very wiped. It has to be rubbed for success. The monument helps the creative personalities to find the inspiration. Many visitors to the museum claim that there is a special mystical atmosphere in the museum, which is dominated by Michail Bulgakov's entire work.
