The building has not been intentionally reconstructed, so you can admire the same construction as it was after the explosion. The historic building was built in 1915. In the first half of the 20th century, it was occupied by the Chamber of Commerce. Today, this old building is the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

It was restored completely only in 1951. Today, the main value of the garden is a big pond with ten artificial islands. On its shores, there are several traditional tea houses. When walking through the garden, you can admire fascinating decorative plants, delicate bridges and landscape projects.
