There are 29 Ripley museums around the world. The museum, located in Orlando, is considered to be the most original. It is characterized by the unusual building construction. At first sight it seems that the building can collapse at any moment. The impressive building with the pink façade and the harmonious snow-white columns is torn and divided into two asymmetrical parts. In the other parts of the façade there are also the cracks, which makes the exterior of the building even more unreliable.
The original construction of the museum building is a tribute to the important event - the strong earthquake that happened in Orlando in 1812, which removed many houses from the city and some of them lost their lives. The huge crack on the facade is just one of the peculiarities of this original museum. The so-called 'anti-clock' is fixed on its façade, the hands of which turn backwards. The way this watch always shows the right time can not be understood immediately.
In front of the museum is the small square with benches and the torn well. The museum guests are still waiting for a 'frightening' surprise behind the entrance door. The hospitable ghost welcomes the visitors and invites you to visit the museum and watch its fantastic exhibits, one whose existence is hard to believe.
