Searching for open roof cars

Preset configuration of the white form above - search for an exotic car or a cabriolet at 'Trondheim - Airport'. Address: Arrivals Hall, Trondheim Varnes Airport., Trondheim, Trondheim, Norway.

In Trondheim, we provide vehicles at 6 different rental locations. Cars with a folding roof are rather of a rare type, so they are mostly offered in airports and railway stations.

We advise booking a cabriolet in Norway in advance (several weeks or even several months prior to your trip), since the availability of convertibles in our car park is quite limited.

Trondheim, Norway: cabriolet rental hints
The most widespread cabriolet models offered for rent in Norway are: BMW 3 series Cabriolet, Peugeot 206 Cabriolet, Renault Megane Cabriolet, Audi A3 Convertible, Audi A4 Convertible and BMW Z4 Roadster.

At the booking time, please check the rental conditions carefully. Quite often, rental offices in Trondheim require two credit cards to guarantee issuance of a cabrio or a roadster.

We recommend ordering additional no-excess insurance that covers your risk (franchise), since the franchise amount for cabriolets in Norway is quite high.

Make sure to inspect the rental invoice issued at the office in Trondheim and compare it with the information indicated in your voucher. Sometimes, rental officers make 'unintentional' mistakes in rental invoices.

In parking garage, examine the vehicle for defects and scratches carefully. If you find any of them, check whether they have been specified in your rental document.

When parking a cabriolet in Trondheim, it is recommended to unfold the roof and close windows in order to prevent theft or robbery.

OrangeSmile.com wishes you an exciting journey with an open roof around Norway!

The arch bridge Svinesund is one of the most beautiful bridges in the country. It passes over the Ide fjord and is a part of the road E6. The total length of the bridge is 704 meters. The cost of riding on it is approximately 20 kronor for an ordinary car. Mopeds and motorcycles can also enter the bridge for free.
Tourists, who will stay in the country for less than three months, are also provided with the opportunity to pay for the use of toll roads automatically. In order to do this, motorists simply need to register a credit card in the system “Visitors Payment”. This can be conveniently done in Internet.
The participants of the Visitors Payment system do not need to install any gadgets in the vehicle. On entering the paid section of the road, the car’s number is recorded, and then checked in the system’s database. If the car is a member of Visitors Payment, then the required amount of money is automatically deducted from the account of the credit card.
