Sandcastle Waterpark, United Kingdom

From series “The Greatest and Fanciest Water Parks”
Sandcastle Waterpark is considered to be the best in the UK for a reason. It’s an indoor facility, so it is open all year long. There are about two dozens of rides suiting all tastes, as well as gorgeous pools. A harmonious design in a nautical style complements the splendor. There are excellent playgrounds for the youngest visitors. Surf fans enjoy a great swimming pool with artificial waves.

Sandcastle Waterpark, United Kingdom The water park in Blackpool is the largest in the UK. Besides that, the aquapark is one of the ten most popular in the world. The facility can boast with the largest water slide in the world called Master Blaster; its length is 250 meters. Since the water park features a relatively small area, it was impossible to place the whole ride inside. Rings of the slide are set beyond the facade of the building, so they can be seen from the street. Sandcastle Waterpark has another nice feature. It is suitable for recreation of disabled people.

In addition to various rides, an excellent spa that features several kinds of saunas and massages, is available to guests. A nicely decorated lazy river, a children's playground with a mock of a pirate ship, Dueling Dragons coasters, and a luxurious pool with fountains represent entertainment options waiting for visitors in the water park. There is also the so-called Hyperzone with the most extreme rides, including Masterblaster slide, Montazooma slide, unusually-shaped Sidewinder and Aztec Falls that is considered the most unusual slide of the aquapark.
