This is spicy chicken with kimchi. Kimchi is a distinctive feature of the local cuisine. Koreans love this dish very much. It is worth noting that it is legally prohibited to export any ingredients for its preparation from Seoul and from any other part of the country. In fact, kimchi is a fermented Korean spicy cabbage. However, there is no single recipe for this dish. You can find a different version of kimchi in any local cafe.
It is interesting that you often have to finish cooking the dish in Seoul. A small brazier can be served to you for these purposes. Rice is also often served separately from other ingredients, which are mixed in a special plate. These can be different-pickled and stewed vegetables, meat, fish, and seafood.

Korean barbecue is very tasty. You can find it under the name "Korean BBQ" in the menus of many restaurants. Mandu comes with different types of meat, vegetables, and, of course, kimchi. There is also a modification of Japanese rolls in Korea. This dish is called kimbap.
