The Lisbon Zoo is equally attractive and interesting to visit. This zoo is not distinguished by a large scale, but presents a very diverse collection of animals. You can see typical African predators, brown bears, exotic birds and an excellent dolphinarium which operates on the territory of the zoo. Many inhabitants of the zoo are very friendly. Children will definitely like to feed lemurs from their hands and also be photographed with colorful parrots.
You should definitely visit the science museum “Pavilhao do Conhecimento- Ciencia Viva” with children. This museum is designed for visitors with children of different ages. The museum presents many interesting halls each of which offers visitors interesting experiences, interactive exhibits and extraordinary expositions. Interesting playgrounds have been prepared for the youngest visitors in the museum. Older children will be interested in visiting the robotics hall and conducting a number of fascinating physical experiments.

There is another interesting children’s museum in Lisbon which is called “Children’s Museum”. The museum is located near the zoo and looks more like an entertainment center. Activities and games are held here for kids every day. Children are offered to try themselves in the role of representatives of various professions. They can get acquainted with the basics of many important areas of science in the game form, visit fascinating workshops, and play with peers.
