Miami International Airport is a civilian airport of the international level. It is located 14 km away from the city centre. This is the largest airport not only of the city, but also of the State of Florida. The airport started functioning in 1938. The North Terminal, the South Terminal and the Central Terminal are divided into the concourses (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and J), co-located in one building.
