Of particular value is a collection of archaeological artifacts dating back to the Middle Ages.
There are many picturesque streets in the city, which are perfect for leisurely walks. A very interesting and beautiful street is the Königstrasse. On this street, there are many beautiful buildings that were built right after the war and the most beautiful fountain in the city “Lifesaver”. This fountain is decorated with an original sculptural composition. It is one of the most photographed attractions in the city.
The most popular attraction for tourists with children is the Duisburg Zoo. This is the only zoo in Germany, where you can see the koala. There are very spacious and beautiful aviaries for animals.
