At Arturo Merino Benítez, you can rent a car. Car rental services are provided by the following big companies: Alamo, Avis, Hertz, Europcar, Budget, Sixt, Localisa; as well as by smaller companies: United Rent a car, Rosselot, Econorent, the national Chilean Company.

Information stands of car rental companies are located at the first level of the main major concourse near exits 1 and 2, as well as at the first levels of the domestic and international terminals in the arrival concourse, at the exit from the baggage claim area. Most of the companies are open 24 hours a day. Offices of Hertz and Rosselot are open from 6:30 am to 12 am.

Several attractive national parks are located in the suburbs of the Chilean capital. Radal Siete Tazas National Reserve deserves particular attention. It was founded in 1981 and has an area of more than 5000 hectares. Many hiking routes are laid over there, so lovers of nature have an opportunity to admire the picturesque mountain areas, beautiful lakes, and waterfalls hidden from view. In the variety of cultural centers the Museum of Modern Art of Chile is worth noting. It was founded in 1949 and is considered one of the city's oldest museums. It owns a vast collection of paintings, sculptures, engravings, photographs and other works of art, both modern and those dated by the 19th century.
