There is a wonderful Black’s Beach on the Pacific coast in San Diego. It has become known all over the world for its incredible scenery and crystal clear water. This beach is not distinguished by a first-class arrangement. It is quite difficult to access. The funicular is the easiest way to get to it. Its length is about 3 kilometers. The beach is very popular with surfers. It is named after a horse farm that was located here earlier. Exclusively thoroughbred black horses were raised on it once.

The length of the beach is about 2,500 meters. Its average width is 20 meters. Black’s Beach is pretty deep. High waves are an important feature of it. However, this stretch of coast attracts not only surfers. Ordinary tourists also like to visit it. They can watch the dolphins here. They swim very close to the coast at certain times of the year.

Black’s Beach is also notable for the fact that nudists like to relax here. This type of beach recreation is prohibited on other beaches in the southern areas of San Diego. The main feature of the coast is a deep underwater canyon. It contributes to the formation of strong waves here. Surfing competitions have been regularly held on the coast in recent years. Black’s Beach is considered a rather dangerous beach due to underwater currents. Therefore, it will be comfortable to stay here only for experienced surfers.

The beach is available for tourists all year round. Rescuers are on duty on the coast every day, regardless of the season. The southern part of the beach is the most dangerous and extreme for surfing. Huge rock formations hang over a considerable part of the coast here. The probability of their collapse is very high. Vacationers are advised to stay as far away from the big rocks as possible for this reason.
