This picturesque island attracts tourists with its pristine beauty. Just like the majority of old cities, Skiathos is rich in historical attractions. Here you will find age-old pine forests, wonderful parks, as well as many old monasteries, with which are connected many legends. Among the monasteries of the city we can recommend visiting Kounistra and Evangelistra, the construction of which took place in the 17th century.
