Aberdeen has long been famous for its outstanding parks and gardens. The most famous one is the Duthie Park opened in 1899. The park is located on the north bank of the River Dee. Here you can come and enjoy a beautiful rosary, go boating or have a picnic. Moreover, if you are looking for some active entertainment, rent a bicycle at a local bike rental service and go for a self-guided tour around Aberdeen. The second largest park in Europe is the closed garden of David Welch Winter Gardens. In the Cairngorms National Park, it is pleasant to stroll among the luscious greenery, and the rocky route along the North Sea is an excellent opportunity to enjoy ocean views. It is strongly recommended to go on a sea cruise and look close to the cul-de-sacs and gray seals.
