Also, drivers should be aware that free parking is very rare; the cost of a parking space in the city center is about 25 USD per hour.

For those who travel in a large company it will be more beneficial to use taxi services, as trips within the city are pretty cheap. Taxis are called by phone. It is almost impossible to stop the car on the street in a familiar way.
