It’s quite hard to find a cheap restaurant in the city. Rates of all dining facilities are approximately the same. Those, who want to save money on food, are recommended to visit numerous bars as many of them have rich menus.
At first glance, the locals may seem to be a little reserved, but they are very friendly to travellers and are always willing to help in a difficult situation. The only thing to remember when dealing with local people – be polite.
