Bijoy Jain Studio, India

From series “Extravagant houses and apartments of designers”
The studio-home of architect Bijoy Jain is located on the coast in one of the quietest and most remote areas of Mumbai. He decided to build his house surrounded by idyllic natural landscapes. Important national traditions were taken into account in the design and construction of the house. Natural, environmentally friendly materials were used in the construction of the house. The floor is covered with beautiful antique tiles. There are beautiful trees near the house. Their age is more than a hundred years.

Bijoy Jain Studio, India Beautiful antique furniture, vases, and works of art were used in the decoration of the rooms. Their interior is not overloaded with elements. Several comfortable terraces are equipped on the adjacent territory of the house. They are decorated with wooden furniture. There is also a very beautiful decorative pool here. The architect sought to build his house in such a way that it would fit as harmoniously as possible into the surrounding natural splendor.

There is a special open doorway in almost every room. It allows going outside freely. Special white screens protect the residents of the house from heat and insects. The original house is located in the Alibag district. The Studio Mumbai Architecture Office is located in the immediate vicinity. Bijoy Jain is known for his caring attitude towards animals. Several dogs and cats live with him in the original ecological house. To the beginning - Vera Wang House
