Those who don’t like ordinary museums should definitely check out the historical park called Russia Is My History where all exhibits are interactive and panoramic. It represents the history of the state from ancient times to the present day. Historical games are held here; huge projectors model simulations demonstrating the history of Russia. Nearby, there are amazing monuments to aircraft—the Mil Mi-8, Vostok rocket, Yak-42. There are also a couple of other interesting places nearby: Butterflarium, a butterfly house, and the Moskvarium oceanarium. The Experimentanium Science Museum is another wonderful museum with interactive exhibits thanks to which you can learn lots of interesting facts about the world through play and practical experiments.
Muzeon Park is of interest because of its sculptures and the history connected with them. The thing is, it was created by accident. In the 1990s, monuments of the Soviet era that were disposed of after the dissolution of the Soviet Union were brought here, which resulted in the foundation of the park with sculptures from Soviet times. The State Darwin Museum may also seem interesting to tourists. It’s another cultural institution with interactive exhibits and multimedia shows which introduce visitors to the world of plants and animals. Another remarkable place serving the same purpose is the Zoological Museum of Moscow University. The Living Systems museum with its interactive exhibits offers visitors to go on a captivating tour around the anatomy world.
