Bright parades and fairs, street performances and various gastronomy shows succeed each other from the early morning till late night. The Old Town is filled with music till night. For several days local residents and city guests are living into a unique charming atmosphere of the Middle Ages. The guests of the festival are offered to put on beautiful ancient historical costumes, to watch skilled street artists’ performances, to visit genuine medieval markets and fairs and to try various treats being popular a few centuries ago.

The youngest visitors of the festival are offered to enjoy interesting puppet shows with beautiful ancient buildings of the historic center being the decorations of the performances. The festival is added with engaging competitions in archery and sword fights. All the participants of the festival can take part in the competitions. To try luck one should just buy a historical costume in one of the street stalls which enables a person to take part in the festival events and entertainments. The festival ends late at night after a farewell concert and fantastic pyrotechnic show of breath taking scale.
