The city has a developed public transport system. Buses run along the main streets from early morning to late evening. Thrifty travelers are advised to purchase special tickets, the validity of which varies from one day to several weeks.

It’s better to call the taxi by phone or take it on a special parking. It is unlikely to flag a taxi on the street. You may leave small cash reward for the taxi driver, but this procedure is not required. Most commonly, the resulting amount by the meter is simply rounded off.

To rent a car you have to have an international driver's license and a credit card with the desired amount of deposit on account. Clients under 23 years, as well as those who received the driver’s license under a year ago, may be denied service.

Shops are generally open at 8:00 am and work until 6:00 - 7:00 pm. In shopping malls working time may be longer, until 9:00 pm. It's worth noting that alcoholic beverages and tobacco products can only be purchased in specialty stores, conventional supermarkets do not sell them.
