The island has the developed public transport system; be free to travel on buses across its territory. The Tiadhe bus station that is the main one is situated in the capital; there you can specify schedules and prices for public transport services.
Tourists who stay on vacation as a great company are advised to use taxi. It’s worth remembering that each municipality of the island has its own taxi service, so you can only make trips around its territory. For longer trips it’s more convenient to use buses.
To rent a car you have to provide a standard set of documents including a passport, an international driver's license and a credit card for deposit. Most rental centers are concentrated in the capital of the island, as well as in Pajaro and La Oliva.
