Tours is of great interest to fans of sightseeing, as many ancient and medieval sights have survived in the city. The main symbol of Tours is the beautiful Cathedrale Saint-Gatien, the construction of which lasted for nearly three hundred years. This spectacular medieval building represents a unique combination of different architectural styles; the height of cathedral towers is 70 meters. The cathedral has retained many original elements, including elegant 13th-century stained-glass windows.

The height of this mighty tree is 33 meters and age is about two hundred years. One of the most visited cultural venues of the city - the Museum of Fine Arts – is in the garden too. Its collection is very diverse and will impress even those who haven’t shown much interest in the culture before.
