The representative offices of these companies are placed on the arrival level of the main passenger terminal. On the arrival level, the car rental information desks are found next to the exits from the terminal. In order to hire and pick up a vehicle, one should proceed to the information desks of the companies.

The rental terms and conditions of all the companies stipulate that orders are paid by credit cards (cash and debit cards are not accepted). A driver must be aged 21 or over and have a standard set of documents, which include a passport and a driver's license.
