Currency is better to be exchanged in banks. They usually open early, no later than at 9:00 am, and serve clients up to 14:00. Many exchange offices may work around the clock, but they usually offer less profitable exchange rate.

Travelers should not forget to follow basic safety precautions. Do not go for a walk to remote areas of the city, do not leave your belongings unattended, and do not forget to monitor your bags closely in public places in order to avoid becoming a victim of pickpockets.

If you want to rent a car, you will need a driver's license of international standard and a small cash deposit, the amount of which depends on the model of vehicle you plan to rent. Persons under 21 as well as people, who received a driver's license less than a year ago, may be rejected to rent a car.
