Despite some sluggishness, the local residents are very hardworking and are distinguished by the sense of responsibility.
Working days are started here early, around 7:00 am. During the daytime, when the heat reaches its peak, the city dies away. All shops and public institutions close and the majority of people go to a beach. After 16:00 everyone returns back to work and works until late at night.

Wonderful sense of humor of local people is also worth noticing. Their positive attitude and optimistic outlook on life are very contagious. The locals easily joke about their failures and mistakes, but they are always show concentration and seriousness at work. Some indigenous people may seem too "noisy". The reason for this is the fact that during conversation they often express their emotions easily, so a debate can be done in raised voices. However, tourists should not consider these loud remarks as a sign of negativity. Increased sensibility is just one of traits of character and does not carry any negative sense.
