Qatar National Museum is often called the most famous and widely visited attraction of Doha. The museum is located in beautiful Abdullah Bin Mohammed Palace. A huge two level aquarium is the main exhibit of the cultural institution. The upper level is the place of living of marine inhabitants of local coastal areas, and the lower level is the place where various inhabitants of the bay live. This is the place where you will find sea turtles, which are quite rare in the Persian Gulf. A part of the museum is occupied by the armory, which features a private collection of the sheikh.
