The collection of its exhibits exceeds 6 million pieces; there are priceless archaeological artifacts and works of art among them. The building of the museum is also of great interest. It resembles a huge crystal looking to the sky; it’s a pleasure to admire this masterpiece of modern architecture.
The small town of Gatineau is home to an important cultural site, the Canadian Museum of Civilization. It is a large complex that includes the Children's Museum and the Postal Museum besides of its three rich expositions. The cultural center hosts various exhibitions, so a visit there would be something special.

One of the most beautiful cities of the province is Kingston. A huge number of old buildings and fortifications have survived on its territory. Fans of Uncle Tom's Cabin are recommended to visit the nearby town of Dresden; this is where there is a house of Reverend Josiah Henson, who was the prototype of the novel's protagonist.
