Melia Hotels International has introduced its new program called MeliaPro-Training. This new software will help travelling professionals know more about the company and improve sales by offering better and more personalized service.

MeliaPro-Training is a multimedia library with detailed information about the company, its main seven brands and hotels that operate under them. Description of each hotel comes with useful tips that will help selecting the best Melia hotel for each client.

According to the hotelier, they decided to develop the new software because they understood it was their responsibility to provide travel agents with detailed, attractive and up-to-date information about their hotels. MeliaPro-Training is tailored to very important business segment. Travel agents mostly deal with business clients who are usually more demanding than regular customers and expect more personalized and sophisticated service.

All travel agents, who use the new software by Melia, can also participate in the “Super Suitcase” contest. Seven lucky winners with be awarded with a week-long vacation at a Melia hotel.
