Four Seasons will open new hotel in Shanghai

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts plans to open new hotel in Shanghai. This time the company has decided to collaborate with a local developer in order to build a luxury segment hotel that will be located in Lujazui Financial District.

The hotel, which will be the second property of Four Seasons in Shanghai, will be located in the famous Shanghai World Financial Center, in Jin Mao Tower. The hotel will occupy from the 26th to the 49th floors. This space is in the property of Shui On Construction and Materials Ltd. that will make the hotel together with Four Seasons, which will be responsible for hotel management in future.

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts state they have plans to continue increasing own potential on the Chinese mainland and are open to collaboration with third parties. Shui On Construction, which mainly operates in building and development, hopes to get a luxury hotel in Shanghai that will meet all highest standards of the industry.
