Interstate Hotels and Resorts announced a series of additions to its UK portfolio. The famous hotelier will add as many as six new hotels in the country. Known as one of best choices for independent management, Interstate has been on the European market for over 20 years, and during this time it has gained sufficient presence in the region. In the UK, the hotelier crosses all segments, including such minor ones as full-service, extended stay and select service hotels.
The six new hotels by Interstate have already been announced. These are the 95-guestroom Holiday Inn Express hotel in Dundee, the 124-guestroom Ramada Encore Luton Airport hotel, the 179-guestroom Staybridge Suites in Birmingham, the 124-guestroom Indigo Hotel Brighton (set to open in 2016), the 50-guestroom Ibis Styles Greenwich North hotel (set to open in 2016), and the 90-guestroom Holiday Inn Express Wigan (opens this year).
Interstate underlines their main strength is in making successful relationship with hotel owners and offering localized service for both owners and customers. In the UK, the hotelier has a separate UK based team of professionals who do their best in generating higher profit for hotel owners.
