Starwood will debut in Turkey with its hotel brand Four Points by Sheraton. The property will be opened in accordance with management agreement with Ever Group. Four Points by Sheraton Dudullu will also become the first Starwood-branded hotel on the Asian side of Istanbul.
The new hotel is set to open in the end of 2014. It will be located in Dudullu the center of industrial life of the Asian side of Istanbul. The region occupies the area of three million square metres and is known for its great potential and fast development of business. It takes around 20 minutes to get to the hotel from Sabina Gokcen Airport. The hotel also features simple access to the Bosporus Bridge and the Trans-European Motorway (TEM). Both the partners hope the new hotel will become a popular location for leisure tourists and people who enjoy watching various sports events while sampling local brews, but business visitors surely remain the most important target auditory as the surrounding area is location of offices of more than 1,000 companies.
The new hotel will have 182 guestrooms. That will make it one of largest hotels on the Asian side of Istanbul. The hotel will be a part of a multi-use complex that is a part of a large wholesale store. Four Points by Sheraton Istanbul Dudullu will feature a large all-day dining restaurant, a fitness centre, and a bar. Business options will include several meeting rooms and three small boardrooms. All guestrooms will be equipped with the Four Comfort beds and will have free bottled water. Other services include free breakfast, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Moreover, guests will be offered to try Best Brews ™ - best locally produced beer.
