Hilton is reported to open Waldorf Astoria hotel in Liverpool

The rumors tell Hilton is planning to open Waldorf Astoria hotel in Liverpool, England. Currently there are no 5-star hotels in the city. The news has appeared concerning the local Martins Bank recently. This historical building is going to be converted into a hotel.

The local company Castlewood Property Management has already submitted the proposal concerning the building. According to it the company plans to turn the 11-story building into a luxury hotel with 150 guestrooms. On the territory of the hotel will be located a SPA center, a restaurant and other facilities.
