The Telephone Coaching Call Series Training Program Boosts Hotel Booking Performance

News Along with numerous Management and Sales solutions, Hospitality Softnet, Inc. has come up with the Telephone Coaching Call Series, a highly flexible and cost-effective sales and management training program aimed at improving hotel booking performance.

The course comprises 13 different selling topics. Training sessions should not exceed 1 hour. Hotel Sales trainers deliver the course via phone or Internet, so that participants can “attend” a session right on the spot. Each session can be tailored to a Sales Manager’s individual qualities, experience and performance levels.
