Two companies, Cap Cana SA and Solaya Hotels, have made an agreement concerning the building of a new luxury 6-star boutique-hotel in Dominican Republic.
The total area of the resort estimates 8 000 sq. m. This territory will be used for building of 37 bungalow and 4 standard numbers, designed in connection with Mediterranean architecture style. Each number will have its own swimming pool and a private SPA zone.
The building of the resort started in the third quarter of this year. The hotel in Dominican Republic is scheduled for opening in the beginning of 2012. Total building costs estimate US $22 million. Solaya Hotels, the owner of the future hotel, has chosen Dominican based company Civilmek SA to develop the hotel’s design and perform the building. The hotel will have 2 restaurants with the main one serving dishes from Italian, French and Mediterranean cuisine, a private beach, an open swimming pool, a Spa salon, a sauna and a gym.
