The construction of a unique residential complex Sky Condos is underway in Lima. The architectural firm DCPP Arquitectos is developing its project. Unique designer apartments will be available to its residents. The main feature of the complex is considered to be original condominiums with swimming pools. A special platform is equipped behind sliding panoramic windows in each of these apartments. It is nothing more than an individual pool. These pools are literally suspended in the air. Not everyone will decide to take a dip in such a pool after the construction of the complex is completed.

All apartments in the complex have already been sold out, despite the originality of the project. Future residents were among the first to buy apartments with a private pool. The residential complex will be located in a 20-story skyscraper. In addition to the original pools, it also has other design features. Its exterior walls are almost completely replaced with glass panels. The apartments will be flooded with natural light during the day. Many of the windows in the apartments are sliding. Therefore, residents will be able to freely ventilate their rooms.

As noted by the project organizers themselves, they sought to build a residential complex in such a way as to make the line between the living space and the surrounding world as invisible as possible. The Sky Condos complex promises to be one of the most luxurious in Latin America when completed. All the rules of seismic stability were observed when drawing up the project of the skyscraper, despite its apparent fragility. Earthquakes are very common in Lima.
