Zion National Park is one of Utah's most important monuments. Here, among the picturesque gorges and the mountain peaks is one of the most breathtaking places in the world - the viewing platform with the romantic name 'shelter of the angels'. It is true that the best panorama opens onto the gorge from this lookout platform. The main problem for the tourists is that the way to the lookout platform is not so easy. This excursion is even more exciting than a multi-hour hike through the national park.
The viewing platform is located on the top of one of the steep cliffs. To climb up, the brave tourists literally have to go to the stone wall. On the rocky slope there are no steps. The only aid is 'the railing' - the steel brackets hammered into the slope with thick chains. There is only one such 'railing' on the rock. During the ascent, the tourists can only count on the strength of their own hands and the steel durability. In some places where the props had fallen, the deep cracks have now formed, so it seems that the supports can collapse at any time.
