Hilton Announces a Hotel in Chengdu

Hilton Worldwide is going to strengthen its positions on the hotel market of China by opening one more hotel in Chengdu. Named Hilton Chengdu Chenghua, the hotel will enjoy a beneficial location in the downtown district of the city. It will take only a few minutes to reach the new hotel from Chengdu Railway Station and Chunxi Road Central Business District. Hilton Chengdu Chenghua will be open in an eye-catching 15-story building that will be definitely hard not to notice.

The new Chengdu hotel by Hilton will become the eighth property by the renowned hotelier in China and the second flagship hotel in Chengdu. Just like in many other projects, Hilton will act as a managing company, and the building belongs to Chengdu Sincere Real Estate Co. Ltd. This hotel will be a wonderful choice for all travelers who want to explore the historically rich city. Close proximity to a major metro station and convenient location within the Second Ring Expressway make the new hotel in Chengdu by Hilton very comfortable for guests.

Close to the hotel, there are such landmarks as Chunxi Road, Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, Taikoo Li, and Kuanzhai Alley. All of the places mentioned are located within 10 kilometers or a drive of 30 minutes or less. The design of the new property will be in line with the rich cultural heritage of Chengdu. Guest rooms, public areas, and meeting spaces will be decorated with the traditional embroidery and elements of Sichuan Opera.

Dining options at Hilton Chengdu Chenghua will be represented by three restaurants and a bar in the lobby. Classic Chinese restaurant Qing Ya will have ornate decorations and its own teahouse. Guests are welcome to order Cantonese delicacies and various Sichuan specialties. Moreover, this restaurant will offer the traditional Chinese tea ceremony. Finally, Canton Street will become the first Hong Kong-style food restaurant open in a premium hotel in Chengdu.

There will be 298 spacious guest rooms in total. All of them will feature large floor-to-ceiling windows, modern bathrooms with Crabtree & Evelyn bath amenities, 49-inch TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a workspace. The hotel's territory will also include a 24h fitness center with an indoor swimming pool and more than 1,600 square meters of meeting and event space. There will also be free shuttles to Taikoo Li shopping center and Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
