Ennismore, London headquartered hotelier, announced the opening of a new hotel brand that will set new standards for budget accommodation. NoCo hotels are targeted at modern travelers who want a more “generic hotel experience” and are not ready to pay much for their hotel stay. A typical NoCo hotel will have 150-200 guestrooms with price per night being less than 100 pounds.
The first NoCo hotel is set to open in 2018. In total, Ennismore plans to open as many as 25 hotels in key UK cities. The hotelier is sure that modern travelers have their own habits and demands that are different from ones even 20 years ago, so hotels should change too. NoCo hotels will be both stylish and affordable; they will offer popular modern services and will fit both business and leisure travelers.
Currently, the hotelier is in process of finding suitable properties where they can open NoCo hotels. New hotels will be open under leasehold agreements with owners of buildings. Despite their affordable rates, NoCo hotels will offer booking and check-in using smartphone application, comfortable guestrooms, bars and eateries with food from local restaurants.
Ennismore was founded in 2010. The company owns few resorts and standalone restaurants across UK, and plans global expansion of its Hoxton concept in future.
