Carlson Rezidor to Open Hotels in Poznan and Szklarska Poreba in Poland

News Rezidor, a part of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and one of most rapidly growing hotel companies in the world, will soon open two new hotels in Poland. The hotels will belong to middle-upscale segments and will be located in Poznan and Szklarska Poreba. The 166 guestroom Park Inn by Radisson Poznan is set to open in the second quarter of 2017. The other hotel, Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Szklarska Poreba, will open later, in the end of 2018, and will be a 180 guestroom ski & summer resort.

When the abovementioned hotels start operating, Rezidor’s portfolio in Poland will grow to 12 properties. Poland is one of most attractive countries for investors at the moment because it has one of the strongest economies in Europe with positive outlook for future. Carlson Rezidor do not plan to stop on the two new hotels and want to add more Raidsson Blu hotels in popular resort destinations, as well as more Park Inn clusters for business and leisure visitors.

Poznan, which is located 275km west of Warsaw, is one of oldest and largest cities in Poland. This is an important business destination and a famous university city. The Park Inn by Radisson Poznan will be located on Garbary Street just near the Old Town. Made in sleek and stylish design, the 166-guestroom hotel will feature its own parking, an all-day-dining restaurant and a bar in the lobby, a gym and 4 meeting rooms. The hotel will be open as a partnership between Carlson Rezidor and the Hanan Mor Group, the owner of the building.

The Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Szklarska Poreba, will be located in a popular resort destination of Jelenia Gora County around 450km from Warsaw. The ski resort is popular with tourists from Poland, Czech Republic and Germany, and is often called a budget alternative to the Alps. When open, the hotel will feature a restaurant and a roof top bar with open terrace, an indoor pool, a spa and gym, conference and event space, meeting rooms, a kids club, and a ski & cycling room.
