Four Seasons Comes to Croatia

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced new partnership with Arqaam Capital. The companies will open the debut Four Seasons property in Croatia. Located on the island of Hvar, the new hotel will be a part of a luxury mixed use resort.

Four Seasons Resort Hvar is set to open in 2019, making the debut of the famous hotelier in Croatia. It was revealed that the new hotel will feature 120 guestrooms. In addition to the hotel, the resort will include a luxury residential complex also managed by Four Seasons. It will include 60 private residences with one or two bedrooms and villas with three to five bedrooms. The complexes will surely please their guests with amazing views of the Brizenica Bay along the Dalmatian coast.

Both Arqaam and Four Seasons expressed delight with the deal. Arqaam was searching for a management company that would combine elegance, luxury and top quality service, while Four Seasons needed a trustful partner to mark their presence on Croatian market.
