Gentleman’s tea in Milestone Hotel in London

The Milestone hotel in London decided to make an unusual campaign to celebrate Father’s Day. During the whole month of June the hotel will serve a special “Gentleman’s Afternoon Tea” menu full of savory snacks, ales and whiskies, and unlimited tea. Even though there is the word “gentleman” in the name, both male and female visitors are welcome to order it, and it’s still a question who will like the menu most.

Gentleman’s Afternoon Tea is different from the ordinary afternoon tea menu served at the hotel. The regular menu will also please visitors as it contains finger sandwiches, various pastries, champagne, and fresh scones with Devonshire cream and jam, as well as tea, but the special one is even more luxury. Not only it contains unlimited tea, guests will be treated with ale and whisky, mini Scotch eggs, homemade pork pies, toads-in-the-hole, finger sandwiches, mini Cornish pastries, and two types of scones – with clotted cream and with truffle butter. Moreover, guests will be treated with various sweets – tart with brandy soaked berries, cupcakes with liquor, and liqueur torte.

As afternoon tea menu is now available in several types, the hotelier thinks that guests will prefer to order more than one kind and then just share it with their friends.
