Among the Indian peoples living on the territory of North America, the Ramapo tribe is considered to be the most mysterious. The colonizers have probably been astonished when they discovered a large tribe almost one hundred years later in one of the woods, not far from New York. It was called the new tribe of Jackson Whites, and later he got the name Ramapo.
