The National Museum of Saudi Arabia is considered the main state museum of the country. Its extensive collection of exhibits has no equal. For the convenience of visitors, the exhibits are divided into eight thematic sections. The hall with archaeological exhibits is of greatest interest. Unique scientific artifacts are kept there. A separate collection is devoted to the history of the formation of Islam.
The most beautiful religious monument is Al-Madi Mosque built of red brick. Its walls remained unplastered while the construction, which gives the building such an unusual appearance. The interior design of the mosque is very interesting. It has traditional locals patterns. In the evening, the building is complemented by a spectacular artistic illumination. The most popular tourist attraction is the Riyadh TV Tower. It was built in 1978 and is now open for tours. The height of the tower is 170 meters. Its top is equipped with an unusual hall, resembling a huge faceted crystal. There's an excellent viewing platform there, open to visitors until late at night.
