13. According to local regulations, drivers are allowed to use low beams during the daytime. It is up to you whether you want to use them or no. The low beams must be turned on when you drive in a tunnel, as well as in adverse weather conditions.
14. Children under the age of 10 with the height of less than 150 cm can be transported in a vehicle only in a special child seat. It is also possible to use special child seat belts, but they must fully comply with the child's weight and height. The violation of the rule is likely to result in a fine between 10 and 60 euro.
15. Driving with the unfastened seat belt is also punished severely. The fine for this violation is approximately 46 euro. If you are caught talking on a cell phone without a special hands free device while driving, you will have to pay a special fine of 100 euro.
16. It is possible to pay the fine for wrong parking right on the spot. All other types of fines should be paid in bank after you receive the fine bill. If you try to pay the fine to a police officer, it will most likely be interpreted as an attempt to give a bribe, and the amount of the fine may increase significantly.

24. While driving, it is recommended to keep as close to the extreme left lane as possible. The right lane can only be used for overtaking purposes and before making a right turn. 25. In old cities, the majority of streets have only one-way traffic. As a rule, in this case there is always an appropriate road sign near the entrance to such a road. Obviously, it is prohibited to park cars on such streets.
