Keflavik has the only rock museum in Iceland, which is called the Icelandic Museum of Rock 'n' Roll. Opened in 2014, the museum stores an interesting collection of old photographs, videos, musical instruments and personal belongings of famous performers. Despite its specific name, this museum is dedicated to many different music genres that were popular among locals in different periods. Some of the museum exhibits date back to the first half of the 19th century. During the tour, visitors can try to play various musical instruments or visit a karaoke room.

Many tourists visit the airport just to appreciate its unique architecture and design elements. It is located in a very beautiful natural area where it is always nice to walk.
