To make it for 6 persons, you need 12 medium-sized squids, 6 big tomatoes, 400 g of minced beef, 4 medium-sized onions, 1 egg, 300 g of minced pork, 4 cloves of garlic, a carrot, fresh parsley, 50 g of bread soaked in milk, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 glasses of white wine, and sugar.
Dice the onion, put it into a deep pot, and add olive oil. Add peeled tomatoes, 2 ground cloves of garlic, wine, one half of paprika, and sugar. Cook the sauce over medium heat for 15 minutes. To make mince, you need to mix meat, add bread, two ground cloves of garlic, grated carrot, chopped parsley, and eggs.
Then, mash mince thoroughly and add chopped tentacles of squids and paprika. Use a small spoon to stuff squids with this mixture, sew them up, and fasten them with toothpicks, so they will not open up during the cooking process.
