Nearby is another beautiful waterfall, Chonlanark, as well as the Houy Pa Lao reservoir, where incredible number of exotic birds is living. In the immediate vicinity of the city there is an interesting religious attraction, the temple of Wat Huay Mongkol. Its main decoration is the huge statue of Luang Pu Tuad monk and it is the largest of its kind.
