The parts of this city are divided into several zones. In the so called ‘fuselage’ there is the main square of Three Powers, which is known as an example of strict and elegant style. ‘Wings’ of the plane are living quarters, where you will find trading centers, restaurants, and the main church in the city. The plane’s “head” is the location of Aurora Palace, which is decorated by bronze sculptures. This is the residence of the president of Brazil.
Take a walk in Brasilia and you will be amazed by shapes of buildings on your way. They look more like artworks than ordinary business centers or living complexes. The peak of the local cathedral is decorated with a huge crown that signifies people raising their hands while praying. One more advantage of this city is the quality of its roads. All roads are of a great quality and the large number of junctions and crossroads totally excludes the possibility of traffic jams. Brasilia is just 13 kilometers long and all roads start from the center of the city. Living districts are usually very calm and silent because there are almost no cars. That’s why you can leave your vehicle on the nearest parking lot and start observing local cafes and shops by feet.
